Extremely rare and very early layette dress for your 15" Mold 1 Dy-Dee doll.

Early 1930s vintage original dress set of crisp, lightweight cotton dimity fabric  in a lively blue print. Inset piping at the gathered bodice and closes at the back with a single mother-of-pearl button. Matching early 'poof' style, wide-brimmed bonnet with original blue ribbon ties.
 
This dress was available in all Dy-Dee sizes, and I have had the pleasure of having each size in my personal collection over the last 30 years... only one in each size. This dress, along with a couple of others in the Effanbee doll layette line, was 'shared' between the 10" Patsy Baby Kin dolls as well (in the 11" Dy-Dee Ette size).
