Vintage 1950s Ideal Baby Big Eyes with Flirty Eyes with non-working crier and blue flirty eyes. She is about 21" long.
 
This sweet baby has a stuffed vinyl head and limbs on an oilcloth body. Inside is a non-working cry box. She has beautiful clear blur flirty eyes that move rigt-to-left and back again; the open and close for asleep/awake perfectly with no sticking or receding when laid down for a nap. All lashes are present, full thick and even.
 
Her vinyl is clean and without marks or stains. I do note the left arm is slightly different in skintone, but perhaps a better cleaning than I gave her will alleviate that; I only mention it for accuracy as it is not much noticeable.
 
An interesting feature on Baby Big Eyes is not just her 'magic' eyes... her leg limbs articulate to move her knees facing outward, upwards, or inwards (see my photos). This gives her an added bit of personality and expression I think.
 
She is dressed in a 1950s pink dotted Swiss nylong dress and matching bonnet ... not original to her but fits her perfectly and she loves it! As you can see, she looks quite happy. I gaver her a pair of Mary Jane style side-buckle shoes and a nice pair of white cotton socks; as well as a newly made pair of bloomers, and an undershirt.
