This FABULOUS and rare doll is in excellent condition with NO restoration of any kind.
 
LOVUMS original white cotton batiste dress has floral embroidery on the yoke, and a double ruffle flounced hem. Underneath is her light cotton onesie-style slip -- bloomers and slips combined. She came with this lovely and complementary baby pink bonnet with pink silk ruching trim. These are replaced new, old-store-stock pink silk socks and same-vintage oilcloth shoes.
 
Included is her VERY VERY RARE Effanbee Heart Paper Hang Tag -- this is the '2-page' folding heart with information about Tousle Tot inside and one the backside.
 
Lovums is a TOUSLE TOT (tousle head -- caracul lambskin wig) with composition head and limbs that move freely and securely to raise and lower her arms.  Her gorgeous red head (really more like Strawberry Blond) is full and thick, but less so on herrihgt left side near her ear. There is very, very light intermittent crazing to that can only be observed on very close inspection. The cloth body has is clean and still very nice after all these decades past.
 
Her face is VIBRANT with beautiful BLUE EYES that sparkle with good cheer and, of course, LOVE as she gazes up at you, and raises her arms to be picked up and hugged. She retains her original multi-stroke brows and painted lashes. Her tin litho eyes are clear and lovely; she has a full complement of thick, even brush lashes; her eyes open and close perfectly.
