Original Ideal factory dress for your big Baby Beautiful doll / LARGEST SIZE 'MIRACLE DOLL' 
 
Shown is my own Baby Beautiful modeling this original Ideal dress. The outfit comes complete with the dress, a replacement slip (new, old-store-stock from the 1950s of crisp white cotton), a coordinating wide-brimmed bonnet, and a pair of real leather moccasins for baby's little feet.
 
The dress set is made with a silky fabric, unlike the more common organdy or cotton batiste materials, and is just gorgeous! It does have a couple of small holes in the folds of the gathers of one puffed sleeve; elastic at the sleeves is still springy and nice. The bonnet is in excellent condition.
