Set includes ruffled bottom (rhumba style) backside, with criss-cross straps, matching sun hat, and her Little Green Lamb.
 
Fits your 11" Effanbee Dy-Dee, 11"-13.5" American Character Tiny Tears, Ideal 12" Betsy Wetsy dolls, and others of similar size. Modeled on both my 11" and 13.5" rubber body early 1950s Tiny Tears dolls.
