1940's Brunette Vintage Effanbee Dy-Dee Jane Baby Doll.
 
Gorgeous baby wearing her TAGGED original 'windowpane' cotton lawn dress and slip. Her original owner, way back in the 1940s, added this beautiful silk bonnet that really gives the ensemble the 'IT' factor. I added these darling booties to compliment.
 
Baby herself is in nearly flawless condition with NO crazing or problems at all to her soft, even-toned rubber body. Her head is high color, vibrant and retains all painted facial features. Her original BLUE eyes have the RARE light brown full and even brush lashes (most all others are black). She has the rubber, inset ears that are a hallmark of the 'new' Dy-Dee dolls, identifying her as a mold 2 doll. Her ears do have minimal but light crazing.
 
She comes with a factory-original DY-DEE baby bracelet. SHOWN but NOT INCLUDED...no HANG TAG INCLUDED (sorry, but it has been misplaced).
