Darling 14" Patsy doll by Effanbee -- 1930's PRE-PATENT issue -- NOT the 1946 re-issue more commonly found -- all composition with her original Effanbee factory red-and-white gingham cotton dress w/attached panties, rayon socks, and original cream oilcloth shoes. ALL ORIGINAL. 
PRISTINE, NO CRAZING -- crisp and clean -- with no paint loss -- THIS IS NOT a restored doll.

Patsy has the RARE RARE RARE blue painted eyes -- very hard to find. 
INCLUDES her RARE Original Golden paper Hang Tag that states: 
"This is PATSY -- the Lovable Imp with tillable head and movable limbs -- an Effanbee Durable Doll -- TRADE MARK PAT. PEND. 
Appropriately marked simple "P" on the nape of her neck; and, Effanbee Patsy Pat. Pend. Doll on her back. 
Oh dear, I forgot to photograph her with the red silk head band she would have come with and was subsequently lost and a replacement made for her... I will add a photo of her with it shortly. 
Patsy's romper is the earlier issue with the plain cotton 'butterfly' sleeves and 'blanket stitch' red embroidered trim. Clothing is clean and crisp and fresh with no fading -- oilcloth shoes and socks are excellent and look never to have been removed.
